    兰心惠膳-炒焖套餐

    糖醋排骨
    我的拿手好菜^_^,子弹排,热油加入姜片炒香,放入子排,排骨都裹上油后加入酱油,醋,白糖,料酒和适量水,盖上锅盖小火入味,一般这道菜,我要煮至少一个小时,看分量而定。可以换白糖为果酱,做成果酱排骨。

    手撕青椒肉片
    肉片调好味道,热油变色后马上捞起,放在一边,肉片裹粉很重要,我用了蛋清来调;再炒青椒,出香味后放入盐和少量水焖,最后加入肉片,拌好出锅。
     小炒茄丝
    炒茄子关键在于油多,焖和调味。这次我用了青辣椒,蒜瓣,姜粒,葱花和盐。

    酸辣土豆丝
    土豆丝要切细,酸味和辣味要足。切好的土豆马上入热油炒,7成熟后加入调味焖至熟透。
