    兰心惠膳－汤、小炒、烩套餐

    萝卜排骨汤
    今天的白萝卜水灵灵的，所以立马拿下，配上1斤汤骨＋4跟大骨头，炖汤。

    肉末嫩豆角
    迷你四季豆，嫩绿得诱人，配上肉末小炒。

    浓汤烩豆腐
    肉末一小份还是嫌多，于是再发挥一把，调好汁，放入嫩豆腐煮好后在热锅中嵌入肉末，出锅。

    这个是汤骨，选择的时候挑那些看上去肥的有软骨的，一句话就是看见白的多得挑，不要挑瘦肉多的，如果配料比较吸油，考虑弄点大骨进去，这样汤比较膏，好喝。我刚开始用子弹排做汤，发现很浪费，而且肉也不大好吃。所以那个留着做糖醋排骨好了。
